RPL started its business on the docks of major retailers.  RPL provides man power and equipment in a designated area of the retailer distribution center and is responsible for handling all used packaging items.  We become an extension of our client's own workforce and accomodate their needs in a near transparent fashion. 

RPL's headquarters is located in Pleasant Prairie, WI in the Chicagoland area.  Recently RPL has opened 7 offsite processing facilites owned and operated by Rehrig Penn Logistics.  These plants are equipped with modern technology for sorting and repairing pallets.  Automation allows RPL to process more pallets and increase sort and repair capacity.  Also by moving offsite RPL free's up valuable warehouse space for our clients.  Our plants can usually store  75-100 trailers in our trailer court and thousands of pallets inside our warehouses.
